- Change of mind after service initiation

- Available 24/7 with instant delivery
Paid Consultations
- 48+ hours notice: 90% refund (10% processing fee)
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
Kundli Matching (₹2,500)
- Before analysis begins: Full refund
- After partial analysis: 50% refund
- Complete report delivered: No refund
Complete Life Analysis Package
- Before consultation: 75% refund
- After consultation begins: No refund
Refund Process
Step 1: Request Submission
Send refund request to amit@astronavira.com with:
- Order/transaction details
- Reason for refund
- Date of service/cancellation
Step 2: Review Period
We review refund requests within 5-7 business days and respond with our decision.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Rescheduling Policy
- Free rescheduling 48+ hours before appointment
- 24-48 hours: One-time rescheduling allowed
- Less than 24 hours: No rescheduling, no refund
Technical Issues
If we experience technical difficulties preventing service delivery:
- Full refund or rescheduling option
- Alternative service delivery methods offered
- Compensation for significant delays
Special Circumstances
We may consider exceptions for:
